New report: How did you hear about us?
This report allows you to run a marketing report to determine how your customers heard about you. It keeps track of which employees selected which option and the date that this field was customized for each customer. You can use this report to allocate your marketing dollars to the correct space.
You want to make sure that all employees remember to click this drop-down or you can make it a required drop-down to make sure you get good data.
